Acupressure is one technique with lots of flavors: Do-in, uses stretches, breathing, exercises and acupressure techniques. Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese form of self-help acupressure that involves gentle touching or cradling of the body. Shiatsu, also from Japan, involves rhythmic pressing of acupressure points for short periods, from three to ten seconds. Zen Shiatsu, also from Japan, involves strenous, yoga like exercises to open the meridians. Barefoot Shiatsu, uses the feet to rub and press the points.

Infrarex provides deep infrared radiation that can penetrate below the surface of the skin to produce a soothing, comforting effect upon the nerves and muscles. Use it for temporary relief of symptoms such as minor muscle and joint pain, arthritis, muscle spasms, and stiffness. Promotes relaxation of muscle tissue.

Before returning any product for repair, please contact us for a repair authorization. You will be provided with a number to call or an email address of the manufacturer to get a repair authorization number as part of the product return process. Some trouble shooting steps may be provided to help determine if the product is in need of repair, or if the problem can possibly be addressed through correct operating methods, etc. Be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached. Once you have a repair authorization number, send the item back for servicing. We suggest that you track, use delivery confirmation and insure all merchandise for your protection. Please ensure that all returns are authorized, properly packaged and are shipped pre-paid.
If a product needs to be repaired withing the warranty period, and can be repaired, it will be repaired free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with a new product. The decision to replace rather than repair during the warranty period is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Parts or lamps damaged by misuse and handling, abuse, modification, or tampered with, or after the warranty period has ended may be replaced at the customer's expense. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not covered for damage by fire, flood, explosion, electrical power failure or an act of God.
