INFRARED SAUNAS

SHIPPING POLICIES: Saunas ship within 1-2 business days by the United Parcel Service's shipping system. Standard Ground delivery times range from 5-7 business days, but shipping times may vary based on distance.

 RETURN POLICY:  The item must be returned within 30 days from initial purchase. Please reference your invoice number. It is important to contact us with the reason for the return:
  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)
  • Incorrect item shipped (a Prepaid UPS return shipping label will automatically be sent to you via UPS driver and the order will re-ship immediately. Shipping charges will be refunded.)
  • Shipping damage
  • Other (please explain)

Do not return the item unless you are issued with a return merchandise authorization number and return instructions. All unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee. "Undeliverable" or "Refused by Recipient" shipments are considered unauthorized returns and therefore subject of the same restocking fee and return shipping charges. Outgoing shipping is re-charged if we re-ship the same package a second time.  Use a trackable shipping method and insure the merchandise for your protection. Refunds take approx 3-4 weeks to process. Your patience is appreciated. Refund will be given in the tender with which the sauna was purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will apply.  All products must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by the customer including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Merchandise returned in used or worn condition (as determined by the warehouse manager) will be returned at the buyer's cost. All returns must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID from a USA address.

PRODUCT WARRANTYAfter the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. There is a 5 year limited warranty on the digital control panel, the infrared heaters, the circuit  board and the wood.  There is a one year limited warranty on the CD player. This unit is meant for indoor use only.  The warranty is voided if the sauna is placed in an outdoor environment without proper cover.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is terminated upon transfer of ownership. This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire or to excessive heat, and other hazards of nature.  Under  no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, components, and the parts attached, or installed with it.  Nor for any injury to any person, any claims for damages arising from the use, installation, or servicing of the product.  The purchaser must establish, by dated sales slip, invoice and delivery receipt, the date of purchase.  All costs for removing and reinstalling the sauna including the freight charges to and from the customer shall be at the customer's expense.  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Warehouse employees work hard to promptly process orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). We will do our best to service your needs. As manufacturers periodically update their products, the photos we show on our website are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and we cannot take responsibility for slight differences or color variations.

DEFECTIVE PARTS:  Parts which become defective within the warranty period, will be repaired except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unathorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. The manufacturer is not responsible for any labor costs due to disassembly and reassembly of the unit.  The manufacturer is not responsible for for any labor costs due to routine maintenance, adjustments or alterations to the calibration of the electrical device.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PARTS:  Any parts claimed to be defective must be shipped freight prepaid to the manufacturer and the repaired or replaced product with be returned to the sender freight collect.  When sent to the manufacturer, the product must be accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date, as well as the sender's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender's claim.

DAMAGED GOODS: Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 4 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery. Please report damaged merchandise by calling UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Note any damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage.
  • Contact us to start processing an insurance claim
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

If damage is not obvious at time of delivery:

  • Call UPS to initiate a report for the damaged merchandise. Then contact us within 4 days of delivery
  • Save the container and merchandise for inspection by UPS.
  • Your damaged item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

SHIPPING POLICIES:  We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a phsyical delivery address. All orders take approximately 2 business days (Mon-Fri) once received, to ship.  We do not ship over the weekend, so weekend orders are processed over the following 2 business days. Employees observe all major holidays.  If you have not received your package within 9 business days, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY:  It will be necessary to state the reason and explanation for the return by emailing jstewart@infraredsaunasandlamps.com.  State your invoice number in the email message.  We will respond promptly, but allow 1-2 business days for a reply.  Business hours are in EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions from us in order to return the item.  Any unauthorized return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and returned at the buyer's cost.  "Undeliverable" or  "Refused by Recipient" shipments are considered unauthorized returns and are therefore subject to the same restocking fee and administrative charge.

RETURN CONDITIONS:  Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement, in the original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manual and accessories.  Items returned in used condition will not be accepted and will be returned with a shipping charge of $7 charged to the card on file.  All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid from a US address, unless otherwise instructed. Manufacturers constantly update their products; the photos we show on our website are not guaranteed to exactly match the product and we cannot take responsibility for slight differences.

RETURNS - GENERAL INFORMATION:  We suggest that you track, use delivery confirmation and insure all merchandise for your protection. The 30 day period starts on the day that you receive the merchandise and must be returned within the 30 day period.

TDP lamps: If you experience a problem with a TDP lamp, please send an email message with all the pertinent information about the problem and provide us with a phone number where you can be easily reached. We will get you in touch with someone who will troubleshoot the problem. Do not return the lamp to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as problems can usually be solved. If the item is still defective or malfunctioning, a pre-paid label will be sent to you to ship the item, (UPS - box must be ready to go and you must be home), or we can email and you print the label and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pick up or drop off at a UPS store (please include a private e-mail address in the body of the message).  If you are not home often, (it takes longer) arrangements can be made with US Mail. Drop a short note in the box describing the problem. Shipping charges will not be refunded if we replace the item with a functional unit.

It will then be your responsibility for all shipping charges on replacement devices. You must provide proof of purchase by referencing a valid "ORDER ID"/receipt number. No exceptions.
