This infrared sauna kit is easy to assemble and disassemble. It is portable and you take it with you if you move. Once assembled, just plug into a normal 110 volt wall receptacle. No electrical or plumbing is required. Compared to traditional steam saunas, this infrared sauna warms up in 10 minutes to a very comfortable temperature. This infra red sauna uses the same amount of energy to operate as your toaster.
