SHIPPING is included in the price. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a phsyical delivery address. Product is generally shipped by UPS ground and takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the location.
You may RETURN the product in 7 days (unused) with a 15% fee. It is a personal item that is in contact with the skin, therefore you cannot return it once it has been used. Please contact us for return authorization information before shipping.
WARRANTY: Before returning the product for repair, please contact us for a repair authorization information. Once you have the repair authorization information, send the item back for servicing. We suggest that you track, use delivery confirmation and insure all merchandise for your protection. Please ensure that all returns for repair are authorized, properly packaged and are shipped pre-paid.
If a product needs to be repaired withing the warranty period, and can be repaired, it will be repaired free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with a new product. For damage by misuse and handling, abuse, modification, or tampered with, or after the warranty period has ended, the product may be replaced at the customer's expense. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not covered for damage by fire, flood, explosion, electrical power failure or an act of God.

How does the Infrarex Hand Held Infrared Light Massager work to relieve pain?
On a cellular level, an increase in heat about the cell's normal temperature causes an increase in the cell's metabolic rate. This increase is due to several events that occur simultaneously within and around the cell.
The increased heat causes increased permeability of cellular membranes, which allows for greater exchange of the cell's cytoplasmic contents with it's environment. The increased temperature also increase the rate of cellular chemical reactions, including those that produce and utilize energy. This is not to be mixed up with a traditional vibrating massager. It does not vibrate.
