The TDP Lamp CQ-27(cETLus) features a round plate coated with a mineral formation consisting of 43 elements essential to the human body. It is activated by the built-in electric heating element and the mineral plate emits a special band of electromagnetic waves ranging from 2 to 25 microns at an intensity that coincides with the wavelengths and intensity of the electromagnetic waves released by a human body. In the healing therapy these waves are absorbed by the body. This absorption of electromagnetic energy has been found to yield therapeutic effects on the human body.
For most conditions, just aim this TDP Mineral Energizer lamp at the affected area, bare skin, around 12-14 inches away. Leave it there for 30-60 minutes. The deep penetrating energy will be felt as a gentle warmth in the treated area.
In this therapeutic device, the wavelengths of the energy emitted are too long for the eyes to perceive, but you experience it as a gentle, radiant heat, which can penetrate up to 3 inches beneath the skin. Shipping is included in the price. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a phsyical delivery address. Product is shipped by UPS ground and takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the location.
Before returning any product for repair, please contact us for a repair authorization. You will be provided with a number to call or an email address of the manufacturer to get a repair authorization number as part of the product return process. Some trouble shooting steps may be provided to help determine if the product is in need of repair, or if the problem can possibly be addressed through correct operating methods, etc. Be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached. Once you have a repair authorization number, send the item back for servicing. We suggest that you track, use delivery confirmation and insure all merchandise for your protection. Please ensure that all returns are authorized, properly packaged and are shipped pre-paid.
If a product needs to be repaired withing the warranty period, and can be repaired, it will be repaired free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, it may be replaced with a new product. The decision to replace rather than repair during the warranty period is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Parts or lamps damaged by misuse and handling, abuse, modification, or tampered with, or after the warranty period has ended may be replaced at the customer's expense. Consumable parts and accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not covered for damage by fire, flood, explosion, electrical power failure or an act of God.
